WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound is more than what we hear - it’s vibration, and because the human body is made of about 60%-70% water, these vibrations move through us at a cellular level.

Research shows that Sound Healing can lower cortisol, reduce blood pressure, and guide the nervous system from a state of stress into deep relaxation.
Through instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks, specific frequencies help the brain shift into calmer states
(alpha and theta waves), supporting focus, recovery, and emotional balance.
The result: less stress, improved clarity, and stronger resilience - benefits that can last well beyond the session itself.
ABOUT SOUND BATHS
A sound bath is a gentle and immersive group experience that uses sound and vibration to guide you into deep relaxation.
At the heart of it all is comfort- each person creates their own cozy little nest with a soft mattress, light blanket, and pillow.
As the session begins, we’ll ease in with a short guided meditation to help you unwind and open up to the experience.
Then the sound begins.
Our professional practitioners play from the center of the space, allowing the vibrations to flow evenly to everyone in the room. At times, we may walk among the group with specific instruments, bringing the sounds even closer to you, helping you feel them not just with your ears, but throughout your entire body.
Every sound bath is a unique experience. It’s a chance to slow down, release tension, and be surrounded by calming, resonant tones.
While the experience is deeply personal,
sharing it with others often adds to the sense of connection and peace.
